Pie Spy is hand –crafted by Lynne Killion of Birmingham. Use it to make a perfect pie. Line the bottom of a pie dish with pastry. Place the pie spy in the center and surround with filling. Place another crust over the top allowing the nose to stick through and pinch the crust in tightly around the shoulder. Steam released during baking vents out the top and keeps juices from bubbling over into the oven. Dishwasher and oven-safe.
